Magician Rabbit

These are two frames of two different stories of an episodic book for children. I like to work in foursquare frames.
... I'm tired of this century.
If I could chose I would love to be a painter and do paintings (any kind; on the church walls, canvas... anything)...
be some Aubrey Beardsley
in Sherlock Holmes' London in 19th century years or some passenger (not rower please! I get tired from paddling!) in Hokusai The Great Wave off Kanagawa boats... for the rest of my life.
I swear If I could go I would never, never come back.

I swear. I sign the contract. I pay with my blood. Bring me there Magician Rabbit or
whoever else you are.

Casanova / Desolation Row I

Casanova is one of the characters mentioned in "desolation row" the song and I illustrated it. This is the first frame;

Across the street they’ve nailed the curtains
They're getting ready for the feast
The Phantom of the Opera
A perfect image of a priest
They're spoon-feeding Casanova
To get him to feel more assured
Then they'll kill him with self-confidence
After poisoning him with words
And the Phantom's shouting to skinny girls
"Get Out of Here If You Don't Know
Casanova is just being punished for going
To Desolation Row"

Here is me in the picture wearing Casanova costume and mask, all made by great artist Hamid Sadiqi from Ca' del Sol.
Casanova is the most wore costume in Carneval di Venezia (Carnival of Venice) and for many years it was the only costume, wearing during carnival for both men and women. Now, only men wear this.

Everybody knows Casanova for his art of seduction but if you are interested to read more, know that Casanova who Bob talks about is him.
You could hear the song here if you did not yet.

Newspaper

This was a photo, taken in five six years ago when I suddenly saw this building
during kenitex coatings.
I found some kind of similarity between mine and one of the most seen pictures of young David Bowie.

You've Got A Box, Music Freak

The Door

This was my favorite door with one of the best accidental lay-outs I've ever seen. A week after I took this picture, they just colored the door with a template light-gray. What a pity... they just ruined a nice graphical moment for the passengers.

The Diploma (With Details)!

This is a recreational work of this print, originally made by one of my favorite artists David Hockney.
This is about the first face and deuxieme (second) face of an academician with an unhappy useless diploma.

A few years ago I saw this
print (Etching and Aquatint), in the museum of modern art of Tehran during an exhibition of original prints of the most greatest artists.
I painted it down with my own garnishment.

This must be full of instruction for all...
Enjoy, have a fun through this truth.

Next Meal / Like A Rolling Stone lV

"Now you don't seem so [so] proud
About having to be scrounging [around]
for your next meal..."

This LRS collection is just a try, telling a story meantime using famous phrases of a great song I love.
I'm not making them only by "meaning". Really I don't care that much to meaning.
Honestly I want to make some pictures inspired by original shapes of feelings, but picture and composition are the most important for me.

Meaning probably will come after and if it won't, no big deal.

You Used To Laugh / Like A Rolling Stone lll

"You used to
laugh about...

Everybody that was
hangin' out..."

The Upside Down Flag

When you'll reach the flag, Keep it like this.
To remember the time you were green and the sky was red.
